Ethics Charter
Any member of the Pharma Logistics Club – PLC association intends to accept at the time of joining this charter (known as the “Ethical Charter”) which defines the values of the PLC and the principles of commitment to the association.
I. Pharma Logistics Club (PLC) is an association of law 1901 type. The association is the convention by which two or several people are pooling, permanently, their knowledge or their activity for one purpose other than to share profits. As to its validity, it is governed by the General principles of the law applicable to contracts and obligations.
II. All the information, what the members of Pharma Logistics Club (PLC) must in no case be disclosed, used outside the working commissions.
III. Any publication, image, photograph from one of the members of the association cannot be done without the written consent of that Member. The signature of a permission of image rights is mandatory for entry into the association.
IV. No information relating to companies represented by members will be used for commercial purposes, make the object of a public or private uses, serve the interest of a third party company.
V. The concept of Pharma Logistics Club (PLC) is, first and foremost, « learn from each other », to discuss the business approaches. Pharma Logistics Club (PLC) is, logically, conductive to the emergence of partnerships in a relaxed, no-pressure context.
VI. Pharma Logistics Club (PLC) works in a democratic way. PLC has status and rules of procedure freely discussed and adopted by its members, and in accordance with the present Charter as well as the status types.
VII. Our Charter is the reference that helps any member to integrate ‘ethics Pharma Logistics Club (PLC)’ on a daily basis. This commitment poses benchmarks for all the players, helps to give meaning and value to our Organization.
VIII. All adherent to the Pharma Logistics Club (PLC) undertakes is writing to respect code of ethics. The President submits all new Member Charter ethical and he did sign a deed of commitment to respect and implement.
IX. Pharma Logistics Club (PLC) is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the personal information of members and adherents.
X. Pharma Logistics Club (PLC) undertakes to facilitate a dialogue based on listening, respect, team spirit, trust and exchange good working practices.
To become a member of the association, you must:
- Contribute to annual membership;
- Adhere to the values of the Pharma Logistics Club and respect the terms and spirit of the ethical charter.
The association reserves the right to terminate the membership of any person who does not respect this Ethical Charter.
